Veterinary Client Care Assistant

 

Jackie started working in Veterinary Client Care in 1991 and has worked in three previous small animal practices. 

​

Since joining Hampshire Veterinary Cardiology (HVC) in August 2026, Jackie has become a key part of our client‑care experience. She excels at creating a welcoming, organised and low‑stress journey for carers and their pets, from the initial phone call right through to departure. Her calm manner and genuine empathy help clients feel supported at every stage.

 

When she’s not at the clinic, Jackie enjoys open‑water swimming, long countryside hikes and exploring new kayaking spots. Her favourite moments, though, are those spent with her grandchildren.
