💳 Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Hampshire Veterinary Cardiology, we understand that plans can change. We aim to be flexible while ensuring our clinical schedule remains fair and efficient for all clients.

 

1. Appointment Cancellations 

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled **at least 24 hours in advance**. 

Cancellations made **less than 24 hours before the scheduled time** may incur a **late cancellation fee** (20% of the requested service fee)

Missed appointments without notice may be subject to the **full service fee**.

 

2. Refunds 

Payments made in advance for consultations or procedures are **fully refundable** if cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

 

3. Exceptional Circumstances 

We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.
